A century old mortar originally used to grind rice is repurposed into this one of a kind vessel. Hand carved from a single block of teak wood, we added our unique minimalist carving to produce this impressive vessel with multiple uses. Stained espresso whilst revealing the beautiful wood grain. It’s all in the details. The interior is 4.5” deep. Both usable and sculptural.
