A century old teak wood mortar originally used to grind rice, is repurposed into this beautiful sculptural side table or tall vessel. This unique piece is hand carved from a single piece of wood. Turned upside down we added a minimalist top to make it useable as a side table, or used the original way as a sculptural vessel. Great for holding champagne, towels etc. Finished in a grey translucent stain revealing the beautiful wood grain. It’s all in the details. All one of a kind. Please inquire.
