Andrianna Shamaris, a furniture, clothing and accessories designer, knows how to mix things up. She brings together fashion and home furnishings, rough and refined, in a new shop in SoHo that bears her name. Ms.Shamaris, 38, far left, said she likes to contrast high and low, expensive and less so. She desinged almost everything in the store, and “there’s something here for everyone,” she said.
